Great News!

Greetings! I would like to begin this post by saying I apoligize for not updating the blog in such a very long time. I've been very busy, but I do want to thank you all for you lovely letters and I promise I will get to each and every one. Now, first on the list of news is, "Venus Press," has just contracted me for a book in their new "Confessions" series. The novel is entitled "Style of A Lifetime," and it is about a young woman that goes to Europe to attend an international hair and make-up show. While there, she meets a handsome and charming stylist, and the sparks fly! After the competition, the couple go to a local pub, and then on to his place. I can't go into much detail after that, or it would just spoil everything, but suffice to say...the book is a sensual romance that is extremely erotic. Please keep your eyes open here, on my website at www.andreaglenn.net, and at www.venuspress.com for more information regarding the purchase of the book. Second on the list of news is "Glimpse of Hope," is now ready, but, I'm not exactly sure where to send it. I may have to re-work it since it is not exactly what you would call a happy ending, although I was planning the book to have three parts in total and a happy ending...eventually. I want to thank author, Jesse Damien for her expert editing work, support and friendship throughout the process. Also, thank you, Jesse, for the title. I always have "issues" with titles! Okay, third on the list of news, "Voice of an Angel," is still a work in progress. It's coming along well, but striving for at least 70,000 words is much harder than I thought. My experience since writing romance has been the short one-shots. So, "Voice," is a lovely challenge. In speaking with Jesse, who is also editing this novel, I mentioned the hero in the book, David, has almost come to life. She said sometimes when she writes, her muse feels as though he/she is breathing down her neck, and I'm so glad she said this, because I can now admit, that I feel that way too. David can be so needy, yet so sexy at the same time. Fourth on the list of catching up..."The Professor," is still in the back of my mind. Thank you all for asking about it. Since it is my baby, I'm going to have to go extra slow with it, but...I'm thinking about another confession for "Venus Press." It is about a hot little tryst on a beach in Miami. I've asked my writing group to help me with a title. I will post all the information regarding it and anything else that comes up.
